Childhood Church Memories (Flannelgraph)

I just skimmed over the last few months of posts and ... Wow! They were all over my head. Where did I come up with all that stuff?! So now I am going to take it a little lighter and do a series called "Childhood Church Memories."

Memory 1: Flannelgraph (nuff said)

Comments:
I was all about some flannelgraph! Please do one on the old wooden number display board...with a picture!

I am not familiar with flannelgraph?

What is the theological implications of the bunnies in the clouds? Did Karl Barth or Emil Brunner have an interpretation for "hares in the cumuli?" Is this "higher story rodentia?" or what?
:o)}

Aw, the dear dear flannelgraph. It makes me think of Mrs. Ruth in Sunday School because she enjoyed it so much and talked soooo long!

Mrs. Cox used fannelgraph a lot...almost every sunday. Thanks to her, I now see everyday life only in flannelgraph format. Everyone is flat and fabricated. Hooray for flannelgraph.
